Morning's guided tour of Ha Noi: After a leisurely breakfast, travel to Quoc Tuan pagoda, an ancient pagoda in Ha Noi located by the West Lake dating back more than 1,500 years. Then, we'll continue to visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, built in 1076. The next is the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (closed on Mondays), which has interactive exhibits showcasing the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam. We then savor a delicious lunch at a well-known restaurant in town.

In the afternoon, we'll take a cyclo ride—a rickshaw—and enjoy a tour through the French Quarter. The last stop is the Tang Long Theater, where you can watch a mesmerizing water puppet performance.

Our day starts at 8:00 a.m. on the shuttle, and we will drive 1.5 hours to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, the political and economic center of Vietnam in the 10th and 11th centuries, nestled amidst towering limestone mountains. Then, we'll resume the shuttle to Trang An- a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning natural beauty. Embark on a sampan rowing boat on peaceful river's, admire the lush greenery, towering rock formations, and breathtaking scenery in the surroundings of Trang An, which offers a photo opportunity. Lunch enroute.

Our last visit is Mua Cave, which offers scenic views of the authentic countryside from the top if we climb 500 stone steps! Afterward, we'll pick up our bikes for a little venture on back roads through the vibrant countryside, passing lotus fields, rice paddies, and a winding river sometimes. We'll return Ha Noi in the late afternoon.

Take a morning flight to Hue, meet your private English-speaking guide at Phu Bai airport, then travel to Hue, and enjoy a guided tour to explore the Purple Forbidden City. It was a feudalism capital of Vietnam,and dominated by the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. The Imperial Citadel, located by the Perfume River, winds through the Capital City and the Inner City, giving this unique feudal capital a tremendous natural beauty setting. Savor royal cuisine at one of the famous restaurants in Hue.

We then check into the hotel and continue the afternoon's activity. Get your bike fitting and briefing to cruise through the beautiful countryside to the Mausoleum of Khai Dinh. The mausoleum is known for its unique blend of traditional Vietnamese and European architectural styles, making it a truly gorgeous sight. After the visit, we'll travel back to the hotel by shuttle.

Today, we'll turn south for a bike ride to Hoi An. The day begins with a shuttle to a rural starting point. We'll cycle through small villages and timeless rural scenes to lagoons. Experience fishing villagers' lives along scenic rural paths as we wind alongside the Can Tu and Cau Hai Lagoons. We'll pass fishing boats and fish farms and admire the splendid view of numerous colorful little fishing boats mooring on the water. The day's ride will end at Vinh Hien village, where we'll have a shuttle transfer to Lang Co beach for lunch.

Following lunch, we'll shuttle to Da Nang City and visit the Museum of Cham Sculpture- a home to the world's largest collection of ancient Champa's sculptural works, featuring many Hindu and Buddhist deities. Take a guided tour to learn more about Champa's rich culture and ancient history. Afterward, we'll transfer to Hoi An.

We will attend a cooking class in the morning; the rest is individual time for you to explore the town. Be met at the hotel for a van transfer to Hoi An market. Visit this colorful and busy market, which offers an excellent opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients used in the cooking lesson later. Next, we board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. The boat ride slowly moved toward the Red Bridge, so we got a chance to view local life on the river.

On arrival, we explore the cooking school's herb garden before learning about some of Hoi An's and Vietnam's well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. The class includes a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving. After the lesson, we'll participate in cooking and savor all the dishes that have been cooked. Return to the hotel by vehicle, and take individual time to explore Hoi An or stay on the beach.

Take an early luch in town of Da Nang before catching an internal flight to Can Tho-Mekong Delta. A local guide will welcome you with a private transfer to the hotel. Get ready for a diverse and rich experience on the last morning of our tour. A motorboat ride will take us to the bustling Cai Rang floating market, a vibrant spectacle of wholesalers and retail boats. Picture the scene: hundreds of big and small boats, each trading a variety of goods, from freshly harvested fruit and vegetables to rice, noodle soup, broken rice, and coffee.

Disembark your boat for a shuttle transfer to Binh Minh, the further side of the Hau Giang River, where we'll pick up our bikes and roll on the Khmer community and the rice bowl of Vietnam. Taste and smell the Khmer culture, wave farmers working on rice paddies, stop at a local family business, and see locals use water hyacinth to make handbags, hats, and indoor sandals. Continue cycling on rural paths, through fruit orchards, along the winding rivers, and visit a beautiful Khmer Temple before a transfer to Ho Chi Minh with lunch en route.

Explore Cu Chi Tunnels in the morning; 8:00 a.m. Depart from your hotel for a 1.5-hour shuttle travel through bustling Saigon City to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Take a guided tour to see an incredible underground network of 250km that Vietnamese guerilla soldiers dug from 1948 to 1975 to fight the South Vietnamese government and American soldiers. It's the tunnels not only for flighting but also for living. See workers harvest natural latex rubber and stop at a local home to see how rice paper is made. Arrival at Tunnels: We'll watch a documentary about tunnels during the Vietnam War. Following are booby traps, secret entrances, fighting bunkers, and air holes before we explore three levels of the tunnels, weapon gallery, and shooting range. We'll have lunch at a cozy restaurant by the Saigon River and return to Ho Chi Minh after lunch.

In the afternoon, we'll visit the War Renant Museum, the former Independent Palace, Notre Dam Cathedral, and the Saigon Post Office; then, we will enjoy walking down Dong Khoi St to the Opera House, City Halls, and free to shop at Ben Thanh Market.
