B. CONVERT BOOKING FORM TO PDF FILE

1. Please ensure that your personal information is entered correctly as provided on this booking form.
2. Please send the completed PDF booking forms back to us by email.

C. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS & REMAINING PAYMENT

1. A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
2. The remaining balance must be be paid two weeks before the trip starts
3. The remaining balance can also be paid by credit card upon arrival.

D. METHODS OF PAYMENT

SWIFT transfers, also known as international wire transfers, are processed through one of the world’s largest financial messaging networks. Services such as SWIFT facilitate international bank-to-bank payments worldwide.

Fees for SWIFT Payments: Your bank may charge a fee to process a SWIFT transfer.
Intermediary or correspondent banks may also deduct handling fees during transit.
Please check with your bank regarding all applicable transfer charges.
To ensure we receive the full payment amount, please request an “OUR” SWIFT transfer, meaning all bank fees are covered by the sender.
