Explore Cu Chi tunnels

Cu Chi is 65 km northwest of Saigon. The Cu Chi tunnel network became legendary during the war. It has three levels and stretches over 250 km.

This excursion combines some of the best cycling routes with the opportunity to learn more about the war and the resilience of the Vietnamese people.

Depart from Saigon at 7:30 am by vehicle, transferring to the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City. The ride begins in rural villages. We start cycling on country back roads through small villages before a ferry crossing.

We continue along dirt tracks by the river, pedaling through rubber plantations, fruit gardens, rice paddy fields, and hamlets where rice paper is made by hand.

We then cycle along countryside roads to a local restaurant for lunch before spending an hour exploring the Cu Chi tunnels.

Next, we visit a local cricket farm, where you can taste fried crickets wrapped in spring rolls—just like a local snack. This is a great opportunity to experience a unique local business. In the afternoon, we return to Saigon by vehicles.
