After breakfast, we set off on a one-hour transfer, leaving the vibrant bustle of Ho Chi Minh City behind as we head toward the tranquil countryside of Tan Tru District. Our cycling adventure begins along winding, zigzag paths that weave through emerald rice paddies and peaceful villages, gradually leading us to the river’s edge. A gentle ferry crossing carries us onward before we continue pedaling toward My Tho—passing through charming hamlets, lush rice fields, and vibrant vegetable gardens. The route alternates between quiet dirt tracks and narrow concrete lanes, offering ever-changing views of verdant farmland and open countryside. By midday, we arrive in My Tho for a well-earned lunch after a delightful 35 km ride.

In the afternoon, the journey continues into Cai Lay, where scenic back roads guide us through rustic landscapes and lively riverside villages. Following the curves of gentle waterways, we make our way to Cai Be. Here, we board a boat to cross the upper reaches of the Mekong River, arriving at the serene An Binh Island. The day concludes with a warm welcome and an overnight stay in a local homestay, offering an authentic glimpse into Mekong Delta life.

After a leisurely breakfast, we bid a warm farewell to our gracious hosts and set off from the homestay, wheels humming along tranquil backroads. We follow quiet single-track paths toward Cho Lach, then onward to Cai Mon, a land renowned for its lush ornamental gardens. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you will be warmly greeted by our Cambodian hosts and escorted to your hotel for a smooth check-in. Following lunch, we'll explore the capital city in the afternoon. Visit the sobering Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, followed by the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom. Free to explore the city on your own in the evening.

Our route traces a mosaic of dirt tracks and quiet country roads, inviting us deeper into a landscape where time seems to slow.

Arriving at the site, we explore on foot, wandering beneath a canopy of green where temple stones lie cradled by roots and shadow. Sambor Prei Kuk reveals itself as “the temple in the richness of the forest,” a place where nature and history entwine in serene harmony.

Continuing our journey, we follow Road 219, its gentle curves blessed with little traffic, guiding us toward Highway 6. Along the way, we pause for a leisurely lunch, savoring both the flavors and the journey itself. In the afternoon, we transfer toward Siem Reap, with a restful stop at the timeless Kompong Kdei Bridge—an elegant relic of the Angkorian era—before arriving in Siem Reap as the day softly draws to a close.

At the first blush of dawn, we set out for Angkor, a quiet transfer accompanied by a simple breakfast to go. As the horizon awakens in hues of gold and rose, we arrive at the majestic Angkor Wat, where the rising sun casts a spellbinding glow upon its timeless towers. We wander through its sacred corridors and along its ancient galleries, uncovering the rich history and profound symbolism etched into every stone.

After pausing for a leisurely breakfast and coffee, the journey continues by bicycle. Amidst the emerald canopy, we encounter the grand remains of Angkor Thom and the enigmatic smiles of Bayon Temple, alongside lesser-known sanctuaries that whisper stories of a bygone era. After lunch, we leave the ancient world behind and return to Siem Reap by vehicle, 

We leave Siem Reap for Battambang today, with a transfer to Tonlé Sap for a boat ride across the lake to Battambang. This is a great opportunity to observe the daily lives of locals living along the Tonlé Sap and Sangker Rivers.

After the boat enters the Sangker River, we will disembark and begin a bicycle ride. After a few kilometers on the road, we turn onto small dirt tracks, cycling along the river and passing tiny villages, primary schools, lush green fields, and the Samrong Knong Killing Field before arriving in Battambang city.

We pause for a well-earned lunch at Rotanak Mondol, a restful interlude before continuing our journey. In the afternoon, we follow the main road for a short stretch of 9 kilometers before veering once more onto quiet rural paths. Here, the landscape opens into breathtaking vistas—emerald rice paddies swaying in the breeze, fragrant durian orchards, and charming villages nestled amid the greenery.

As the day draws to a close, we rejoin Highway 57, where our support vehicle awaits. A comfortable 30-minute transfer carries us onward to Pailin town, bringing a serene and memorable day of exploration to its perfect end.

Departing Cambodia today, we make our way toward Thailand, pausing briefly at the border gate to complete immigration formalities. Beyond, we are warmly welcomed by our Thai cycling guides, ready to lead us onward to Chantaburi.

As we set off, the roads hum with the quiet rhythm of local traders going about their day, adding a vibrant touch to our journey. We ride at a leisurely pace, savoring the scenery as we gently approach the coastal charm of Chantaburi’s shores.

Upon arrival, we transfer comfortably by support vehicle to our hotel, with a delightful lunch enjoyed en route. The remainder of the day unfolds at ease—spent basking in the tranquil beauty of the beach, where sea and sky meet in serene harmony.

We set out along the coastal road, where the land unfurls in gentle flats and soft, rolling rises toward Laem Mae Phim. The quieter backroads guide us away from the rush of traffic, weaving through humble fishing villages and bustling seafood markets, where the scent of the sea lingers in the air. Along the way, stretches of unspoiled local beaches shimmer under the sun, inviting moments of pause.

We wander into the tranquil embrace of a mangrove forest, pausing often to take in its quiet wonder.
