Day
1:
Saigon- Can Duoc- Go Cong - Tam Hiep Islet

You are picked up at your locations for one hour transfer to the starting point of cycling, outside of Can Duoc town. We will ride on the small back road through the jasmine rice paddy field, and you will immerse in the local life. Take a small ferry crossing Vam Co River, and then we continue our riding on a small trail, country roads alongside the river.
This is a pleasant time; you can enjoy cycling through rustic country farms, rice paddy fields, scenery, and local life and meet friendly locals working on shrimp and fish farms on unique paths along the Upper Mekong River. Then, another ferry will take you to fruit orchards, where we carry on our adventurous ride to Alluvia chocolate farm, through agricultural canals, villages amongst dragon fruit fields.
This is a chance you learn about all the steps in the chocolate-making process, welcoming and seeing the farm of cacao trees. You are also could see locals make chocolate at the factory of the family. After lunch, we take a short ride to the river to have a ferry ride to the island. Just another short ride allows us to take the last ferry of today to Tam Hiep Island. It’s a small and lovely island to stay a night and see how busy the water transport is. Enjoy coffee and sunset by the Mekong River.

2:
Tam Hiep Island - Ben Tre- Saigon

Tam Hiep is a tiny Island, so there are not many inhabitants living there. Most of the locals As you know that Ben Tre is famous for coconut trees, but you will find Tam Hiep Island interesting as the home of many lush and lovely islands located on the basin of the mythical river of Mekong. It's completely different from many parts in Ben Tre.
After your breakfast, you’ll explore the countryside surrounding Tam Hiep with locals on a peaceful island. Visit the most extensive garden of grass jelly (Tiliacora triandra). We hope you will find it interesting. Then we check out and load our luggage on a boat that will dock at Mekong River to standby when we explore the village on foot/bicycle and a sampan rowing boat on lovely canals. Here is a unique chance you pick up the herb jelly leaves to make your drink. This leaf is very healthy and good for the liver. It will not take much time to make it into jelly. Afterward, we will enjoy a sampan rowing boat on a small Natural River on the island. The boat will take you slowly, natural creeks, through water palms.
Then you get on a motorized boat, which carried your luggage—Cross Mekong River ing to the other side, in Ben Tre. Meet your driver and load your luggage on the van before the last day ride. We start biking through the villages of Giao Hoa, Giao Long, and Quoi Son. Enjoy a leisurely ride on narrow country paths, visit some temples, pagodas, make some stops at the family workshop, produce sweets, coconut handicrafts, etc.
Have lunch at the local home, and continue the afternoon ride in My Tho and ends in Tan An. The bike distance is about 15 – 23km through the organic vegetable farmland, fruit orchard, and rice paddy fields before returning to Saigon in the afternoon.
