Continue cycling through lush farmlands, rice harvests, and scenic water channels. Along the way, stop to enjoy a ca phe sua da—a traditional Vietnamese iced coffee—while mingling with children riding their bikes to school and meeting friendly farmers.

Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda before lunch en route to My Tho. In the afternoon, follow smooth, gently rolling paths along small waterways, crossing rivers by local public ferries.
