Cat Tien National Park is a captivating tropical sanctuary, perfect for immersing yourself in the wonders of nature and wildlife through trekking and cycling adventures. Lush forest trails invite exploration, while tranquil routes wind past ancient trees, riverbanks, and vibrant ecosystems teeming with life.

The park offers exceptional opportunities for birdwatching and peaceful excursions to the wetlands of Crocodile Lake, where the still waters reflect a rich tapestry of biodiversity. Whether you are seeking quiet moments in nature or active discovery, Cát Tiên is a haven for those who cherish the beauty of the wild—a true paradise for nature lovers.

We set off early, at 7:00 a.m., to enjoy the calm of the morning and a smooth, traffic-free journey. After a two-hour drive, we arrive in a quiet countryside village in Tri An rural district, Dong Nai Province, where our bicycles await. There, we prepare for an invigorating off-road ride.

Our route winds through a tapestry of enchanting landscapes—peaceful villages, verdant farmlands, gentle foothills, a serene little lake, and stretches of lush jungle—before revealing sweeping views over Tri An Lake. We pause at the Pilgrimage Center of the Immaculate Conception at Mountain Bend, exploring the expansive grounds by bicycle while soaking in the tranquil beauty of the surrounding hills and water.

Continuing on, we ride toward Highway 1A near Phu Cuong, where we transfer for a well-earned late lunch. Afterwards, sit back and relax during a scenic 90-minute drive to Nam Cat Tien National Park, where the wilderness begins to unfold.

In the afternoon, embark on a peaceful motorboat journey along the Dong Nai River. Drift through the forested waterways, taking in the breathtaking scenery as you spot a variety of wildlife—graceful birds, cormorants, playful macaques, and elusive civets perched among the trees. As the day draws to a close, the golden hues of sunset reflect upon the water, creating a magical moment amid the quiet rhythm of nature.
